Straightforward
We found Angel to be very helpful. He provided great information and suggestions but wasn't at all pushy. He helped us to select the appropriate sized unit and suggested purchasing bags to wrap mattresses. I can see where a ramp is impossible on the larger set of stairs but it would be extremely helpful if the smaller set of steps to the second level were were a ramp.

It’s good for the price and it’s in the area I need it to be in
It’s good for the money But I don’t like that I have pipes in my unit and that I have to go up stairs to drop off my stuff especially if I’m moving in furniture and couldn’t get anyone to help me with the lock and where the unit was.
