Place is good workers not so great

Greg at the storage several times told me he'd call me back with an answer about someone else's vehicle in my storage space never returned my calls.

Not a good move in, wouldn’t recommend

Lights don’t work in the stairway to go onto the second floor where my unit is located (I got there after the office hours and it was getting dark).. resulting in me having to wait until the next day to move my things in. I ended up having to pay an extra day to rent the truck that I had. It was a very frustrating experience. Having to carry things from the bottom floor up two flights of stairs is crazy!
