Helpful and efficient
Staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure everything was set for us and clean walked us through the process of moving in and even checked in on us after the move best experience I’ve had with a storage unit thus far.

Easy reservation, plenty of large storage units
Room was clean roomy, great vertical heights. Outdoor units have no interior lighting otherwise it's a great space

Amazing customer service but I can't remember her name!
The lady who helped us was AMAZING she was so helpful and so kind and just overall made me want to be there she is amazing!! I rented I001 please let her know if you can find out who she is I asked her name and shook her hand but it was such a chaotic day but she came down when I had an issue in 5 mins she was right there she works or was working out of the Scioto office I believe snd my rental was at the place off of 33
